These terms apply to your use of Ozelinx (the “site”), operated by Ozelinx. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
Ozelinx is a free website with market prices, charts, liquidity and derivatives views, calculators, news headlines and educational guides covering crypto assets, stocks, indices, currencies and commodities. You can use it without an account.
2. Information only, not advice
Everything on the site is general information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, not a recommendation, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or data vendor. Technical ratings, pattern labels, liquidation maps and calculator results are produced mechanically from public data. They describe the past and simple models, not the future. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Read our risk disclaimer.
3. Market data and third-party content
- Prices, candles, order books, funding, open interest, liquidations, fundamentals and news come from third parties through free public APIs, feeds and widgets. The data & methodology page lists the sources.
- Data may be delayed, incomplete, specific to one exchange, unavailable in your region or wrong. Some markets are shown through proxies (for example tokenized gold or perpetual futures), and these are labelled.
- Third-party data stays subject to its provider’s terms. Headlines link to publishers who are responsible for their own articles. Embedded TradingView widgets are subject to TradingView’s terms.
- We may change, pause or remove any data source or feature at any time, for example when a free API changes or is withdrawn.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape or automatically query the site, or its optional API endpoints, at a rate that degrades the service or gets around rate limits;
- try to break, probe or get around security measures, or upload malicious code;
- use the site for anything unlawful, including market manipulation or fraud;
- present our original content as your own, or suggest that we endorse you.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
5. Intellectual property
Our original text, design, code and compilations are owned by us or our licensors. You may quote short excerpts with a link back. Third-party trademarks, names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Charts use TradingView Lightweight Charts™ (Apache License 2.0) and TradingView widgets under TradingView’s terms.
6. Tools that run in your browser
Calculators, watchlists, alerts, favourites and chart drawings run in your browser and store data only on your device (see cookie settings). Results are estimates that ignore many real-world factors, such as fees, funding, tiered margin, slippage and taxes. Price alerts only work while the page is open and are not a reliable notification service. The optional local news aggregator runs on your own computer and fetches public RSS feeds.
7. Advertising and links
The site may show advertising from Google AdSense, depending on your cookie choice. Ads and external links are provided for convenience. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party sites, products or services. A link or listing is not an endorsement.
8. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of accuracy, timeliness, availability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any linked third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Changes, termination and governing law
We may update these terms. The effective date shows the current version, and continued use means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is established (Pakistan), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live are not affected.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the charts and data for trading?
You can look at them, but they are general information, not advice, and may be delayed or wrong. Always confirm prices with your broker or exchange before trading.
Can I copy content from the site?
You may quote short excerpts with a link back. Republishing whole pages, or our data in bulk, needs our written permission. Third-party data stays subject to its provider’s terms.
Is the site free?
Yes. There is no paid plan. The site may show advertising, which you can control on the cookie settings page.
